Tivano – The wind
The Tivano is the main wind on the lake. It blows every morning at dawn and then weakens until it disappears between ten and eleven. Benevolent blows from the North, or rather, from the North-East, its absence can be a harbinger of bad weather.

After a fruity incipit, with touches of apple and fresh mandarin, a heart of flowers and spices follows, where refined nutmeg, aromatic lavender and velvety orange blossom emerge.
