Refund policy

Information on returns and refunds

Our policy provides a 30 day deadline for returns. If 30 days have passed from the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Items for which returns are excluded:
- Gift vouchers;
- Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged or has parts missing due to causes unrelated to our error;
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you when your refund request is approved or denied.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or unpaid refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally posted. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time involved when registering a refund.

Items on sale

Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for items on sale.

Change

We only replace items if defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email to info@acquadellario.it and send the item to the following address:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you at the time of purchase, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be sent to you by post. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you in person, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be made aware of the your return.

Shipping costs for returning the item will be your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
